Horizon4
Horizon4 is a personal productivity assistant. It brings one person's email, calendar, contacts and documents together in their own apps on iPhone, iPad and Mac, so they can triage mail, prepare for meetings and find their own files in one place.
It is a private, non-commercial project built and run by Michael Smith for his own use and, possibly, for members of his household. It is not sold, has no advertising, and is not offered to the public.
What it does
- Mail. Shows the user's Gmail inbox, sorts and labels messages, drafts replies for the user to review, and archives messages or moves them to Trash when the user asks.
- Calendar. Shows upcoming events, helps prepare for meetings, and creates or updates events when the user asks.
- Contacts. Recognises who a message or meeting is from, so mail and meetings can be grouped by person.
- Documents. Finds and opens the user's own Google Drive files, including files shared with them, alongside their mail and meetings.
